We'll Look After Your Building Project

01. Initial contact
 

Fill in our online form or get in touch with us about your upcoming project. We offer a free consultation to better understand your situation and to determine the best way we may assist you.
02. Concept plans & Budget
 
We will draw up your concept plans for your project to determine an estimate of the build, including any special conditions from council, the level of finishes you wish to have etc.
03. Submit plans to council
 
Once your concept plans are agreed to, we then draw up your detailed plans including relevant documentation for lodging to council.
04. Sign the building contract and start the build
A HIA or Master Builders contract is signed along with all terms and conditions and a start date to begin.

During the building process we maintain solid communication with our clients to ensure that they are informed with the progress of their project as well as answering any questions that may arise throughout the build.
